Question: How do I reserve a rental?
Answer:
Its easy!! Simply select the dates during which you'll need the equipment
using the calendar provided,
select the quantities and types of equipment needed, and our available
inventory will display. Select the items
you'll need and click the "Rent Now" button. Finally, click on "Checkout" and fill out the information
boxes. That's it!!

Question: What does my quoted rental price include?
Answer:
The quoted rental price for all of our items includes carrying case, power adapter if applicable, and any cabling or instructions needed for setup. In addition, the price includes fully insured round trip shipping expenses.
Question: What payment methods are accepted?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastecard, AMEX, and Discover.
Question: How do I return the equipment?
Answer:
To return the equipment, simply place the equipment back into its
case, and re-use our custom carton.
Once the carton is re-sealed, affix the included prepaid return label
and visit your local Federal Express drop location to return the machine. A list of your local drop locations will be
included. If you call for a pickup, and do not have
a daily pickup service, you will be charged for the pickup fee. This
fee ranges from $7-$11 per pickup. If you have a daily Federal Express pickup (Ground if your prepaid return is Ground,
Express if your prepaid return is Express),
then a pickup should be no additional charge to you. If you have any
questions, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
There are instructions that will be inside the box when you first receive
your rental, and they will guide you through
the return process.
Question: Is a credit card required to reserve equpment?
Answer: Yes. We do require a major credit card to reserve equipment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
Question: Is the equipment insured at all during the rental period?
Answer:
No. The equipment is only insured during transit through Federal
Express both ways. You are responsible for the
equipment during your rental period. We photograph each item before
it leaves our warehouse, which includes
a digitally stored date to prove the condition of the item when it
leaves our facility. You will be billed for any
damage caused to the machine during your rental period.
Question: What if the machine is damaged during transit?
Answer:
All of our equipment is shipped with insurance through Federal Express.
If you feel an item was damaged while
in transit to you, call Federal Express immediately and they will come
to your location and file a damage report.
In addition, you may contact us using the contact form of this website, to get
a replacement machine. If Federal Express confirms that the machine was damaged in transit, and that they are going to reimburse the damages, then a replacement machine will be sent to you free of charge.
Question: What if I don't see what I need?
Answer:

Question: Is there a discount for bulk rentals?
Answer:
Yes. Please contact us via the contact form for details. Discounts
are made on a case by case basis, and are determined by our current inventory levels.
Question: What if I cancel my reservation?
Answer:
A cancellation fee of 20% of the intial rental fee will be charged.
If the item has already shipped, then
you will be charged for the full rental regardless of whether you refuse
the shipment or send it back immediately.
